There’s an old adage, “if it’s not one thing, it’s another.” Seems that at every turn, something else is going wrong. This is not the time to throw up your hands in despair, rather it’s the time to look up! It’s time to keep trusting despite how things appear. This is the time to be steadfast, and recognize that “this too shall pass.” This is a time to remember that “God has not forgotten about you.” What you see, is NOT what you get. Keep trusting.
Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this.
-Psalm 37:5
Prayer for today – Today Lord I pray that you will help me to remain steadfast and unmovable, trusting that “this too shall pass.”
